Foliar Science Program
This half-day session will cover 4 separate topics: Foliar Feeding, Raw Materials & Product Development, Water Hydraulics in the Soil Profile, and Controlling Sodium. Sufficient plant nutrition is dependent on multiple sources and situations. An improperly functioning soil, due to poor moisture control, tie-ups or high sodium, can severely impact nutrient uptake and utilization. Foliar feeding is an excellent way to by-pass issues in the soil but it can’t serve as a total substitute. Further, proper foliar feeding requires quality raw materials, correct tank mixing and optimum spray rates. SC & NC Pesticide: Pending

SC & NC Pesticide: 4 hours
Each seminar has been approved for .35 GCSAA Education Points
